Current and upcoming road closures and restrictions for Licking County are listed below. Click on each route to see the location at OHGO.com.
Interstate 70 resurfacing/State Route 37 interchange repairs - This project includes resurfacing and related work on I-70 from SR 158 to SR 79, including concrete repairs on SR 37 interchange. Estimated completion is November 2024.

Beginning Monday, March 11, motorists can expect lane closures with flaggers on SR 37 at the I-70/SR 37 interchange for pavement repairs.

Beginning Monday, March 18, SR 37 at the I-70/SR 37 interchange will be closed to through traffic between the TA Travel Center and the Pilot Gas Station for pavement repairs. I-70 traffic will be able to access the SR 37 interchange, including all businesses at the interchange, but must exit to I-70 upon leaving. SR 37 through traffic must detour. Posted detour: SR 37 to SR 204 to SR 158 to U.S. 40 to SR 37 and reverse. SR 37 will be closed to through traffic for approximately 30 days.

State Route 37/U.S. Route 40 intersection improvement - This project will upgrade the intersection of U.S.40 and SR 37 including installing left-turn lanes on all approaches to the intersection, installing and eastbound right-turn lane & reconstructing the existing traffic signal. This project will also resurface U.S. 40 from the western corp. limit of Kirkersville to the intersection of SR 37. Estimated completion is Summer 2024.
