NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

UNION TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES
 

Notice is hereby given that the Union Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Union Township Complex, 1380 Beaver Run Road, Hebron, OH 43025.
 

The purpose of the special meeting is to consider entering into executive session pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(3), for conferences with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.
 

No action will be taken in executive session except as permitted by law.
